Adjusting the CO2 pressure so you can pour a perfect beer can be a bit challenging to do. First of all be aware of the beertap installation that you are using. If you have a compensator tap on your beertap or dispense tower and small cooling coils makes a big difference for the right CO2 pressure. Also ambient temperature is something to count with.
